These standards stretch across the board, not just in relation to the care we provide, but also in our hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance and administrative services. We believe that qualifications and experience add to the expert care that our team provides. We employ dedicated, well trained team members that provide both supportive and compassionate nursing care.
People today rightly have high expectations of care homes. To ensure we are constantly meeting the highest standards of personalised care, we create a tailor-made care plan which is regularly updated to ensure individual needs are constantly met. This includes finding out about your preferences, lifestyle and medical history as well as your care needs.
Some of our homes specialise in residential care for the elderly, whilst others are specifically for residents with dementia or other mental health care needs. Most of our residents are over 65 years, however some of our homes are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide a home for people below this age. Whatever the reason for you or your loved one coming to a TLC care home, we will always strive to create a place that feels like ‘home’.
